ZellePay allows you to send or receive money without any fees to either party. It can be sent once or set up to send regular payments.
Simply go to https://www.zellepay.com/ and see if your bank participates in this service. After you set it up on your own account then you can choose to SEND money to selected parties or even pay your bills from this. You will find my account by choosing to Send to my registered email address of Support@SentToHelp.org
